I’ll work day and night to find you the perfect home that checks all your needs and fits your budget. We can go see as many or as few homes needed to find “the one.”
Step 3: Contract Negotiation

Keeping your goals in mind, I’ll work to write winning offers with terms you understand and work in your favor.
Step 4: The Inspection

Once we’re under contract, I’ll provide you referrals for the best inspectors I know to ensure you’re getting a property you can feel good about purchasing.
Step 5: Appraisal

Your lender will order an appraisal to ensure the property is worth what you’re paying for it.
Step 6: Closing

Get ready to sign the paperwork and celebrate your new homeowner status!
